Change out your transmission fluid by draining and filling it. Do this multiple times, spaced out within 2-3 months. The drain and fill method is better than using the flushing machines dealerships / quick lube shops use.
Their flushing machines contain old transmission fluid from other previous vehicles. Using those machines will deposit other types of vehicle fluid into your transmission; not good for many vehicles.
